After signing up for DOPE 360, how long will it take someone to get back to me to schedule my first BLITZ package?
When buying a BLITZ package, do I have to send out everything at the same time, or can I send out different pieces at different times?
You can schedule any part of your direct mail or EDDM or ringless voicemail campaigns to deliver at any time. We can also deliver additional printed material directly to you for distribution (like door hangers and yard signs) which you can stagger delivery on and distribute at your own pace.
The DOPE way to deliver the pieces of your BLITZ is to stagger them slightly, and make them refer to each other. For instance, if you send a postcard, you should follow up the postcard with a ringless voicemail that refers to the coupon on the postcard. Then, you should place yard signs in prominent corners of the neighborhood that you are targeting, with the same offer on it that you had on your postcard and in your ringless voicemail. Who could say no?

If you would like to purchase a list of homeowners for an area that you already have yard signs in, try to time the campaigns together, so that they see the yard signs at the same time when your additional marketing is taking place.
Yes. If a phone number is on a “do not call” or “do not disturb” list, you can still send mail to an address associated to that phone number as long as that particular address is not on your own “do not mail” or “do not contact” list. DOPE voicemail drops, doorhangers, and postcards aren’t regulated by phone based do not call lists.
If I do not have my own contact list and I purchase one from DOPE Marketing, where does the list come from?

Its basically a tall postcard that has a hole on the top to put a door handle or knob through, like a “Do Not Disturb” sign in a hotel. You choose which houses to hang your door hangers on, and the goal is for the home owner to be so intrigued by the offer on your door hanger, that they give you a call. Pro tip: Use a call tracking number on your door hanger to measure the ROI of marketing to certain neighborhoods over others.

We offer some pretty dope turn-around times as long as you are quick to approve of your proofs. We can have things being printed within 2 business days of your first consultation with a DOPE Marketing coach. NOTE: Full color door hangers take 5-7 business days for production, and 3 to 5 days to ship after your design is complete and approved.
Our marketing coaches will often choose to start the design process with you prior to payment as long as you verbally commit to any associated design feess. However, you do not own the design files that we work on until you pay for the entire invoice that they are a part of. Once you have completed your purchase, we can send the design files to you however you like, or just keep them and print them. If you need them for later use, they will be kept in your DOPE Marketing client folder. If you create a design on your own inside of one of our DIY design interfaces, we will not provide you with the design file.
We only print double-sided door hangers. We do not believe in single sided door hangers becuase the side that is against the door is a great opportunity to include more information and more offers. The improved ROI of a double-sided door hanger should always outweigh the cost savings of going with a single-sided door hanger.
If you are not satisfied with an order, you have 30 days to contact your DOPE Marketing coach from the day you received your order to be elligible for relief, replacement, or refund. Your DOPE Marketing coach will know what to do and exactly how to help get the problem solved.
We are not attorneys and do not offer legal advice… but here is a bit of common sense: when canvassing a neighborhood, do not disturb people. Just leave your brochures or door hangers behind and continue on your way. You will find this to be a much more acceptable approach in general than any other way. Look toward your federal, state, and local guidelines for accurate and up-to-date information on the legalities of canvassing with door hangers in your area.

A DOPE voicemail drop does not include making a traditional call. It is uploaded from our server to the server of the cell phone provider of the phone number. It is delivered like a push notiffication, and appears as a voicemail. The user doesn’t see a missed call, they only see an unopened voicemail.
We recommend that your DOPE voicemail drop be kept to under a minute. A high energy, friendly and neighborly DOPE voicemail drop recording is always best, especially if you have a lot of information to get through in your recording. Remember, if you bore them they will delete your hard work from their voicemail box.
Your DOPE Marketing coach will work with you on a script and there are also several example voicemails to listen to within our DOPE voicemail drop library. Your voicemail should be under a minute, high energy, neighborly and local in its tone. It should also have a clear offer and a simple next step for the prospect to take action on.
You choose the “from” number. The number you like will appear on the recipient’s caller ID. If you would prefer your cell phone number, we can use that, or an office line, or any number you like. Make sure you pick a phone number that is going to get answered by a competent salesperson to close the deal and that your sales people are on stand-by to answer all calls that come in for a ew hours (or more) after the DOPE voicemail drop is sent.
DOPE Marketing does not currently offer MMS or text message marketing, however, you may pair a DOPE voicemail drop or a postcard campaign with an MMS or text message campaign that you run on your own on another platform. DOPE Marketing does plan to offer MMS and text message marketing in the near future, so please contact your DOPE Marketing coach to express your interest.
As long as you comply with the normal marketing laws and do not call anyone on the do not call list, we assume so. We are not lawyers and assume no liability for your marketing in any way. As far as we know, no laws have been passed that refer to DOPE voicemail drops specifically.
No, they are not exempt from TCPA rules. Dope Marketing takes the approach that DOPE voicemail drop Drops must be used responsibly at ALL times. Although, voicemail technology is not regulated by TCPA in the same way as a robocall, there are ALWAYS rules that must be followed when using RVM. The TCPA also has several rules in place governing the content of voicemail messages. DOPE Marketing will not be held liable for any of your marketing campaigns or the effects that they cause on you, your company, your employees, partners, representatives, prospects, clients or the word. We reccomend that you follow all federal, provincial, state and local reccomendations when creating and delivering your marketing campaigns that include DOPE voicemail drops.

If you purchased a call tracking number, open your DOPE 360 dashboard while you respond to the replies and phone calls that come in from your campaign. As the calls ring in, the callers will be compared to DOPE Marketing’s national database of phone numbers and we will pull the associated data for those numbers into your platform so that you have the information that you need to close the deal. If you did NOT use a DOPE Marketing call tracking phone numbner, just make sure that you are ready for the DOPE voicemail drop return calls as they come in, and track every new lead. You will have a lot of follow up to do. Pro tip: Send out a postcard campaign that coincides with your DOPE voicemail drop campaign through your DOPE Marketing coach or through DOPE 360 and increase the ROI of both campaigns.
Direct mail and EDDM are great because they are multi-sensory! Direct mail is one of the only ways to put a physical marketing or advertising piece into the hands of your prrospects cost effectively. Everyone still has to check their physical mail every day, read the incoming mail, and decide if it is junk mail or not. This is not true of email or social media, as these advertising mediums can easily be ignored. If you ignore the mail, it becomes a physical obstacle that your recipient has no choice but to review.

Yes, you can split orders off 500 or more into seperate designs. For instance, you can have 250 of one postcard design, and 250 of another postcard design for the 500 postcard rate. Design on both postcards would be free as long as the designs are very similar. A second, all new design would incur a design fee if designed by DOPE Marketing.
Every Door Direct Mail (aka EDDM) is a service of the United States Postal Service that helps you reach all households and business within a certain neighborhood, city, zip code or postal route. DOPE Marketing is happy to design, print and mail your EDDM campaigns, and we’ve done it more than almost anyone.
We do not ship to Canadian residential homes on your behalf either through EDDM or direct mail. If you order a shipment of postcards without addresses that you will be distributing by hand, your shipping charge to Canada will be calculated at checkout. You will be personally responsible for all import taxes and customs negotiations. We reccomend that you find a Canadian supplier so that you can avoid import taxes.
Most USPS customer’s adresses that are available to you are also available to your competitors. Your competitors can approach all of DOPE Marketing’s competitors in the direct mail and EDDM markets and send their mail that way, as it is a competitive industry. The best way to secure lead generation in a new market is to beat your competitors to market. So, send now, and send often.
Door hangers require more man-power and expense to distribute than dirrect mail, so the initial investment is higher which can reduce your ROI. However, we believe that when used together, door hangers and direct mail or EDDM make your new lead generation campaign unignorable and ROI for both increases.
If you order a shipment of postcards without addresses that you will be distributing by hand, your shipping charge will be calculated at checkout. If DOPE Marketing is mailing your postcards on your behalf with EDDM or direct mail, there is no shipping charge to your location, but there is a standard postal fee for each piece put into the mail.
How long does it take for DOPE Marketing to get back to me after I fill out an information request or submit an order online?
Your personal or company phone number is not owned or managed by DOPE Marketing and is incompatible with the DOPE 360 call tracking dashboard. You can use your own phone number, but your phone calls will not be tracked in your DOPE 360 dashboard. We rent tracking numbers and encourage our clients to use different phone numbers for diferent campaigns. For instance, a landscaping company might have one tracking phone numnber on a direct mail postcard campaign and a diffferent tracking number on a yard sign or EDDM campaign. Then, as the calls come in and populate your DOPE 360 dashboard, the results of each of your marketing campaigns can be compared directly to eachother for ROI (return on investment) calculations.
The best time of year to send postcards has more to do with your business and your market than the dates on the calendar. When is your busy season and how long does it take your company to close a new lead? If it is in October and it takes you 2 weeks to close a lead, you should finish your campaign before mid-September.

Is it less expensive to get a yard sign in 1, 2, or 3 colors rather than your standard 4 color printing?
1, 2 or 3 color printing on yard signs is not available at DOPE Marketing. We offer full color printing, exclusively, becuase we believe that anything less wouldn’t be a good representation of our brand, or yours. Full colors signs are the most effective when designed by our team or under our guidance.
If you are purchasing over 100 signs, you may split up the designs into increments off 50. If designs are similar with little chage, both designs are free. However, an entirely new second yard sign would not be free, and you can get a quote from a DOPE Marketing Coach if you would like the price. Alternately, you can provide us with your finished designs and we will print them.
First, fill out the yard sign inquiry form in the services section of dopemarketing.com or simply purchase your signs in our print shop. Submit the design instructions, notes and files that you would like us to work on or with, and we will contact you about the specifics within 24 hours. Many of our design services are free with purchase.
A tracking number is $5 per number and five cents per minute when purchased inside of the DOPE 360 platorm. DOPE 360 contains a highly efffective system for tracking your incomming calls to calculate your rerturn on your marketing investment. Information is power, use it!
You can use your own phone number, or a tracking number. If you use your own phone number, your calls will not be tracked within the DOPE 360 dashboard. If you purchase one of our tracking numbers, all the calls that come in will be recorded inside of the DOPE 360 dashboard along with additional appended data from our national databases.
There are many types of locations for yard signs… busy intersections… homes you are currently working on… near the entrance to any neighborhood that you have worked within or have trucks in right now… Along a busy road in sequence — For Example Sign 1, Mile 1: Joe’s Roofing, Sign 2, Mile 2: Joe’s Gutters, Sign 3, Mile 3: Joe’s Skylight Installation.
Yes, however, if we ship to Canada, you have to pay national import taxes for Canada in addition to your shipping price. If we send to Puerto Rico or you, which is a US Territory with USPS locations in every town and city, you only have to pay the normal state tax, not an import tax.
