How many times should I send a postcard at the same address?
At DOPE Marketing, we have found the most success sending postcards three to five times to an individual address within a campaign. This goes back to our study with Harvard business school. It takes about seven to 11 touches per person for them to recognize your brand. Direct mail is the most intimate touch you can have because you're putting something in someone's hands, but you should also be hanging door hangers, running Facebook ads, Google search ads, etc. They see your shirts. They see your truck wraps driving around. They see your yard signs. You should be aggressively reminding customers in neighborhoods that you target about your company.
