What is an Automation?

An automation allows you to send direct mail with no minimum order based on any function in your business that is recorded by your CRM, and even some that aren't. For Example: You mark a job paid and a thank you card with a cookie goes out to the customer. You send a postcard to every 5x5 block around each house you do a job at.
